Billions of little flames burn in the firmament
The moon shines by its absence
In the dark oak forest
Unknown lives gently flicker
And run through my veins
Around me silence reigns
And peace unrolls its soft mantle
The cold scratches my face without pain
Life is a Dream
Reality is a dream
I don’t really exist
Nothing really exists
Life is a losing battle
Which always ends in defeat
I dreamed that I was a child
Then I dreamed that I was an adult being
Who will become an old person
I feel the joy of life in me
And the sadness of leaving for dreamland
The light appears in the distance above the mountains

I don’t really exist
Nothing really exists
Every day slowly slips into emptyness
Then from this emptyness arises an endless day
All the nights are slowly fading into emptyness
Then from this emptyness emerges an endless night
Faceless children run through the skies
And twirl in the distant mist
But everywhere is spreading a luminous true fact
For those who neither see nor hear
